Transport Research Arena 2020 (eða TRA2020) er stærsta tækniráðstefna Evrópu um samgöngur. Á næsta ári verður hún haldin í Helsinki undir yfirskriftinni “Transport and mobility (r)evolution for smart, green and integrated society”.

Now is the time to submit your work to the TRA2020 in Helsinki!

Transport Research Arena (TRA) is the foremost European transport event that covers all transport modes and all aspects of mobility. The next edition of this biennial event will be held in Helsinki on the 27-30 of April in 2020. Under the conference theme “Rethinking transport – towards clean and inclusive mobility” TRA2020 will focus on rethinking how with means of research and innovation, we can offer solutions what citizens are calling for.

TRA offers a great venue for researchers, policy makers and industry representatives to get together and contribute to the discussion on how research and innovation can  and how it should re-shape the mobility system. The conference provides a unique opportunity to hear about mobility trends in different parts of Europe, learn from achievements in industry as well as share best practices of policies and deployments.

Call for Submission deadline extended until May 31

Based on a number of extension requests, the deadline for both journal and conference track papers are extended until May 31. The scientific and technical sessions will comprise of research papers, the best of which will be published in peer-reviewed journals. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

You are welcome to submit a short conference paper or a full-length journal paper. A short conference paper consists of 2 – 4 pages, and as approved, entitles you to a reduced admission fee at the TRA2020.
